Q: The Shopping Cart would not process my Credit Card. What Now?
A: Our system connects directly with the Authorize.net computer system. If the Bill-To information you entered does not match the information on file with your credit card company, it will cause an error that will not allow the order to be processed.

Should this happen, you have the following options;

  1. Check to make sure that the Credit Card Number, Expiration Date and Card ID Number is correct.
  2. Go back and correct the Bill-To information.
  3. Change your payment method to PayPal.
  4. Change your payment method to Mail a Check.
  5. Change your payment method to Call our 800 Number.
  6. Change your payment method to Call our 800 Number and CLICK HERE to sent us an email with your credit card information.
