OPTIONS
We ship using FedEx, UPS and United States Postal Service. With prior arrangement, you can use your own FedEx or UPS account numbers. ONLY the USPS can ship to a PO box.

SHIPPING PRICES
Our system connects directly with the United State Post Office and FedEx/UPS computers and then displays the shipping and price options based on your zip code, delivery speed and the total weight of your order.

FIRST PLACE YOU SEE SHIPPING
This is an estimate only. The actual price is noted ONLY during checkout. This is where you will select from FedEx/UPS or USPS and also select the delivery speed option from those that are displayed.

THE FOLLOWING CAN APPLY TO ALL ORDERS, BUT ALASKA and HAWAII CUSTOMERS SHOULD READ THE FOLLOWING:
USPS FLAT RATE BOX
Our shopping cart does not currently show the Flat Rate Box as an option. We hope that it will soon. For now, However, If

• YOUR ORDER WILL FIT IN ONE OF THE USPS's STANDARD FLAT RATE BOXES, your shipping will be;
  • 9-1/6" x 5-5/8" x 1-1/4" = $4.95
  • 11" x 8.5" x 5.5" = $10.70
  • 13.625" x 11.875" x 3.375" = $10.70
  • 12" x 12" x 5.5" = $14.50 (2 reams of 8-1/2" x 11" are shipped using this option.)
• We reserve the right to select a box that will allow for extra packing to avoid any freight damage.
• Should the cart compute the shipping;
  • To high, we will credit the difference.
  • To low, we will contact you.

1. Select the shipping method you would want IF YOUR ORDER WILL NOT FIT in the USPS Flat Rate Box.
2. MAKE A NOTATION in the comment section that you want to use the USPS Flat Rate Box option.
3. Select "Call 1-800-965-1452 w/CC Info." This way when you check out, no credit card information will be required.
4. We will check to see if the Flat Rate option will work for your order. If it does, we will adjust your order's total and send you a new copy. If the Flat rate is not an option, we will also email you. Upon receipt, please Call 1-800-965-1452 with your Order Number and CC Information.

PLEASE NOTE: A 14" package pushes the limit of the Flat Rate Box and does not allow for extra package protection. We can not guarantee how the package will arrive.

AIR SHIPPING
We will ship your order as requested, however, orders do not necessarily ship the same day that they are placed, and are subject to inventory on hand. If you note in the comment section during checkout that you need your order on a specified date, will contact you if we view a problem, however, we do not warranty delivery time.
NOTE: If you are ordering a full case or cases of any of our products, and do not require the full order to be sent by air, checkout using the following procedure. Select "Call 1-800-965-1452 w/CC Info." This way when you check out, no credit card information will be required. In the comment section, indicate the amount of product you need to be sent by air. We will adjust your order total to reflect only that part of your order by air and the balance by ground. A new copy will be forwarded to you and you can then contact us with your payment information.

• All products ship from Garden Grove, CA 92845, except for the following which will ship complete from the distribution center closest to the delivery point.
  • Mini-Skids and Full Skids of CARBONLESS.
  • Our Drop Ship Stores, when your Zip Code is found in our Drop Ship Database and your order total minimums qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
