The
standard format which is printed on the front and padded
into sets at the top.
The Laser/Ink-Jet version is blank on the front with your
terms printed on the back. The sheets are NOT padded so
you can print the front with your Laser or Ink-Jet printer.
With this option, you will need to run a sequence
test on your printer before you continue.
