RETURN POLICY:

1. CATALOG ITEMS: Pages that display this symbol are covered by our UNCONDITIONAL, NO-RISK GUARANTEE. Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you're not happy with any item ordered from 2001 Business Printing Catalog at any time, for any reason - we'll replace it or refund your money.
   No Exceptions. No hassles. Ever!

2. All other printed orders cannot be returned for credit. However, products that contain manufacturing errors or defects will be replaced at no additional charge. If after a custom order has been delivered, should a content error exist, the order is not subject to return or credit if the customer approved a proof copy prior to production.
   

3. Products sold as "blank" will be accepted for return within 30 days:

   1. Packages must be un-opened and received in re-sellable condition.

   2. Return will be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

   3. Freight not refundable.
      

4. Computer printer and/or copy machine feeding problems are not a warranty issue.
   

5. Claims for defective items are processed upon the return of the merchandise. With the number of computer printers and copy machines, feeding problems are not a warranty issue. After examination, if the merchandise is found to have manufacturing defects, a full credit will be issued. If manufacturing defects are not found, there would be two possible options.

   • If the merchandise is in re-sellable condition, item number three (3) will be used to determine the credit due.

   • If the merchandise is not in re-sellable condition, full, or even partial credit may not be possible. We would contact you immediately.
     

6. Some pages have color photos of the product. The color you see on your monitor, may not match the actual product color.
   

7. An order acknowledgement is automatically sent to you by our Shopping Cart System. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY! Should there be a problem, you must call: 1-800-965-1452 immediately.
    

8. Should Lowers Industries make an error with your order, we will issue a UPS Pick-UP and the item(s) will be replaced, credited or refunded subject to the return of the order at our expense. A Lowers Industries error is defined as delivery of a product that does not match the item noted on the Shopping Cart Order. All other returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping on the original invoice is not subject to credit. Customer has the option to return at his/her expense, or request that we issue a UPS pick-up. UPS charges for the pick-up would be deducted from any credit that may be due.
   

9. Return Shipping: Please indicated on the Return Authorization request is you wish us to issue a UPS Pick-Up or if you are going to mail the time back to us at:
