Self-contained carbonless has both the CB and
CF types of coating on the same side of the
sheet. This permits the sheet to form an image
when pressure is applied directly from below
or through plies from above. This type of sheet
was used as the top sheet of credit card sales
draughts. However, unlike those draughts, this
sheet does not have a CB coating to transfer
the image to an additional NCR sheet. You can
image even if placed below any non-NCR type
paper.
THE 17# IS NOT RECOMMENDED for use with Laser
or Ink Jet Printers.
When used in conjunction with non-NCR paper,
the fan-apart padding process will not work.
