Ship Access Key and is required for your order to be valid. The

to us by our distributors and is subject to change without notice.
Lowers Industries does not guarantee eligibility by processing the

Should your delivery zip be found
to not qualify, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel
the order, or allow us to rewrite the order on our main site.
Free Shipping orders must be shipped
complete and will be shipped from the closest drop ship location

product order total (+8.75% tax if in CA). We will email you a corrected invoice

USING EITHER OPTION: If you wish us to use you shipper
number you must fax us the authorization to do so, along with the
account number to be used on you companies letterhead or

to fill out our "Permission to Use" form. We can not ship using your account number without your

Should the charge to the account
number you supplied be disputed for any reason and our Shipping Account
be charged, you do hereby authorize Lowers Industries to charge
you for the shipping at the speed you selected, plus $25.00. If
the original payment method was by Credit Card, you do hereby authorize
Lowers Industries to charge your Credit Card. If any other payment
method was selected, you will be invoiced and you do hereby agree
to pay that amount within 10 days. If payment is not received, the
full amount may be subject to our collection procedure and collection
and/or court fees will be added to the original amount. Our collection
procedures also include the reporting to the original freight carrier
and credit reporting agencies.
SHIPPING - BLIND: Should you

SHIPPING - DAMAGE CLAIM: Once
your order has been placed into the hands of any carrier, (UPS, FedEx,
USPS) any damage claim is between you and the carrier. However, we will

CURRENCY:

COUPONS: Are valid on full payment is

GIFT CARDS:

CREDITS / REFUNDS:
For returns within 30 days:
Credit amounts of $4.99 or less will be by store credit which can be
used on the next order. Credit amounts of $5.00 or more will be refunded
by in the same method as the original payment. If your payment method
was by Credit Card, and since credit card payment information taken
during the payment process is done securely, we will need to contact
you to get the CC# you wish the credit to be applied to.
For returns after 30 days:
Most orders can not be returned after 30 days from the date of purchase.
However, should we issue a Return Authorization, only a store
credit will be issued.
MAILING SERVICES:
Lowers.com, is responsible for data
processing and printing only, and does not archive, transfer, store,
or distribute mailing addresses provided by our customers. Mailing service
can only be provided to orders printed by Lowers.com. Mailing pieces
must not have UV coating on the postage side to allow for addressing.
All mailing orders must be paid in full along with a completed PAMF
(Proof Authorization Mailing Form) approval before mailing. Postage
amount must be paid by check only. All other services are paid by credit
card. *Quantities exceeding 25,000 may take longer than the typical
1-3 business days to turn around. All remainder/samples cannot be sent
out prior to mailing.
PRIVACY POLICY:
During check-out at Lowers Industries,
your email address will be added to our mailing database unless you
check the "check box". You can
un-subscribe at any time.
NO ONE OUTSIDE LOWERS INDUSTRIES IS

WARRANTY:
Warranties, if any, are provided by
the Manufacturer of the product. Lowers Industries' only obligation
and the customer's only remedy is for Lowers Industries to assist with
the documentation of any warranty claim. Should the customer require
a replacement, it will be invoiced at the replacements current list
price plus freight. Should the Manufacturer certify that the product
was defected and issue credit to Lowers Industries, the customer will
then have the option to receive a credit, replacement or refund. ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED.
LIMITED LIABILITY:
LOWERS INDUSTRIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
LOWERS INDUSTRIES' LIABILITY, IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, SHALL NOT EXCEED

8.75% Sales tax will be added to
orders shipped to a California address unless we have a valid California
Re-Sale Card on file at the time of the sale.
FIRST PURCHASE: Prior to your first tax

non-taxable information can be setup correctly. Should you need to
