PRINTING NOTES:

1. PAGE SIZE: Set your page size to the same exact size as the paper size, then place your image in the exact position you it to be printed.
2. MARGINS:
   1. IMAGE BLEED: (Image or background that runs off the side or sides.) It is required that there be 1/16" overbleed and color wrap around onto the back of the envelope to allow for movement throughout the bindery process.
   2. NO BLEED: Set the finish size of your artwork to the finish size of the job. Allow 1/8" inside margin for your image. (BC Example: Have your address a minimum of 1/8" from any side.)
   3. Do not include any crop marks or a page frame.
      
3. SCANNED IMAGE: A scanned image may leave a minimum of a 10% dot in the white area of your scan. It is so small that would not show up on your printer, but when output at 4200 DPI for our production, may produce a background haze.
   
4. COMMON ERROR: THIS IS A FULL PROCESS COLOR ORDER. All colors will be converted to CYMK. If you have any questions, please call 1-800-965-1452.
   
   
5. RESPONSIBILITY: Your job will be printed as per your file. No alterations can or will be made. The responsibility for the content, spelling, print position, etc. is yours.
   
6. NOTE: Custom manufactured items are not returnable.
   
7. All Two Sided Jobs are printed HEAD to HEAD (top to top). We will not change the rotation of your files. If you need HEAD to TOP you must reverse the back file.
