All of our cards are printed in full-color on industrial printing presses (not color copy machines or laser/ink jet printers.) 4 color process means that you may use any number or colors and/or images without affecting the price.

Coating:

Full UV Coating on the front only, No UV Coating on the back which allows notes to be written.

2-1/4" x 3-1/4" (Allow 1/8 on all sides if colors bleeds off sides.)

1-3/4" x 3-3/4" (Keep text 1/8" inside of the finished size.)

We accept the following IMAGE file types:

To help with making a PDF file, CLICK HERE When making a PDF, select the PRESS option. Screen, eBook, Print and screen use lower resolution (quality). Maximum file size: 2MB.

PRINTING NOTES:

PAGE SIZE: Set your page size to the same exact size as the paper size, then place your image in the exact position you it to be printed.
MARGINS:
1. BLEED: (Image or background that runs off the side or sides.) Extend the image off the finished size by 1/8" each (1/4" per dimension)
2. NO BLEED: Set the finish size of your artwork to the finish size of the job. Allow 1/8" inside margin for your image. (BC Example: Have your address a minimum of 1/8" from any side.)
3. Do not include any crop marks or a page frame.
SCANNED IMAGE: A scanned image may leave a minimum of a 10% dot in the white area of your scan. It is so small that would not show up on your printer, but when output at 4200 DPI for our production, may produce a background haze.
COMMON ERROR: THIS IS A FULL PROCESS COLOR ORDER. All colors will be converted to CYMK. If you have any questions, please call 1-800-965-1452.
RESPONSIBILITY: Your job will be printed as per your file. No alterations can or will be made. The responsibility for the content, spelling, print position, etc. is yours.

All Two Sided Jobs are printed HEAD to HEAD (top to top). We will not change the rotation of your files. If you need HEAD to TOP you must reverse the back file.

ARTWORK COLOR PROOF:

A copy of the artwork representing the finished product. It is used for your review and approval. When you request a proof, your order will be on hold until you have contacted us with your approval to proceed. Ordering a proof allows you to double check that the colors you used on your artwork, will translate to the printed product. We offer two types of proofs.

1. PDF proof. If your artwork file was not a PDF, it will be converted to a PDF proof, then emailed to you for approval. We caution our customers that the colors you see on your monitor may not be calibrated to Process Color Standards, and as such, the colors you see may not be the colors that are on the final printed product. Cost: $5.00

2. Epson Proof. Is a printed proof, which also called hard copy proof which is approximately an 80%-85% match with the final printed product. This proof will be sent via USPS mail. Cost: $25.00
