If you are having feeding problems, call 1-800-965-1452. If you are having problems with the image not transferring down to the next sheet in the set, we first need to know what product you have. The factory package has a part number, Please find it, and click on the matching number found below. Please follow the instructions line for line.

If your paper has our LOGO on it and it indicates that it is Collated BOND, there is no carbon action at all and you have the wrong product. Call our office at 1-800-965-1452.
